Throughout her friendship with the Beekman Boys, Allison has been completely immersed in the brand. From traveling with the boys during the “Trip of a Lifetime” to co-hosting annual Beekman events including Harvest Festival and Holiday Marathon, you can find Allison spreading kindness and goat milk goodness to neighbors all around the world.

Beekman 1802’s community of artisans continues to inspire the brand. An artisan in her own right; Allison is a classically trained chef, author of 9 cookbooks and a ceramics artist.

Although she is a classically trained chef in kitchen, she has also created some of the world’s most renowned collections of confections that are served all over the world today.
Allison grew up in the chocolate industry and learnt at a young age the love of making delicious confections in her grandfathers chocolate factory. Years later, after a single phone call Allison, found herself in front of the camera, and now with more than 20,000 hours of live TV, which is more hours than Jay Leno. Today, you will find her on the set with Chef’s Todd English, Paula Deen, and other celebrities. The lights of the camera have not taken her away from her passion for cooking and baking. Allison is a classically trained chef and now author of 9 cookbooks, including two exclusive best selling publications for Sur La Table. Allison’s branding and development work have been featured on the The Food Network’s Unwrapped. Allison has created confection lines for Disney, Universal Studios, Crate & Barrel, and Ghirardelli.
Prior to her work in retail broadcasting, Allison Waggoner held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Harry London Candies, Inc. This multi-million dollar manufacturing company owned and operated specialty retail stores throughout Ohio. As one of the largest branded private labels in the chocolate industry, Harry London Candies, Inc. became a national household name after electing Allison to appear on the Home Shopping Network as their brand representative.
The Food Network’s Unwrapped featured product designs and retail marketing created by Allison during her time at Harry London Candies, Inc. Additional designs by Allison have been featured on the cover of Crate & Barrel, Culinary Products, Disney, Fancy Food, Sally Foster Magazine, SBN Magazine and Williams-Sonoma. Allison was nominated for the prestigious Addy Award after leading brand development with domestic and international suppliers in the production of trending packaging. In addition to her work with Harry London Candies, Inc., Allison created private label brands for American Greetings, Costco, Disney, Hallmark, Hershey, Macys, Nestle, Sams Club, Target, Trader Joes, Universal Studios, Walmart, Whole Foods, Williams-Sonoma, Harry & David and 1-800-Flowers.
