That passion led her to become a classically trained chef, the author of nine bestselling cookbooks, and a trusted voice in kitchens everywhere.
Marketing & Product Development. Before her retail broadcasting career, Allison served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for Harry London Candies, Inc., a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company with specialty retail stores throughout Ohio. During her leadership, Harry London became one of the largest branded private labels in the chocolate industry, gaining national recognition when Allison was chosen to represent the brand on the Home Shopping Network. Her marketing and product designs have been widely recognized — featured on Food Network’s Unwrapped, as well as covers and campaigns for Crate & Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, Disney, Fancy Food, Culinary Products, Sally Foster Magazine, and SBN Magazine. She was nominated for the prestigious Addy Award for excellence in brand development, packaging, and design.
